Are Charmeena products made of real leather?
Yes. All our products are fabricated in top quality real leather.
Will the color of my purchase be exactly the same as shown on website?
We try our best to accurately portray the colors of all our products online. However, colors may vary due to the resolution of your computer screen. As well, leather is a natural product and minor deviations in color are possible. In fact, they show the genuineness of the material.
How do I place my order?
You can place your order as a registered user or even as a guest user. Just go to your favorite product and click on ‘Add to Cart’. You can then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will need to add your personal details and shipping information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery.
What should I expect once my online order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order details. This email should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at support@charmeena.com as your order may not be placed.

We typically ship orders within a maximum of 7 business days within Pakistan. Shipping time depends on your location.
