Welcome to Charmeena’s warranty program. We are proud to offer you a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.

The following are not covered by this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
• Damage caused by using any third-party component
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight, or moisture

Our products are also warranted against manufacturing defects and a defective product must be registered within 14 days of receiving the product by filling the below form. We will do our best to process your claim as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take up to 30 days for us to process your claim and provide a resolution.
